You were supposed to lose weight from Monday, but you reminded it just after eating a massive breakfast which contains lots of carbs. Then you got a super tasty chocolate baton, your collegue gave you a homade treat at work. Fast lunch of not really healthy products. Sitting work does not help with loosing weight. When you come home you are tired and you think it has no sense to do any activity. You will start on 100% next Monday. Excuses last for ever for whom does not want to start. If you honestly wanted to put on bikini from last year and look even better as then you would not do such excuses. Why do not start today ? You will burn all calories from today durling training.
