A little bit about motivation

How to get motivated? Many people ask themselves this question. Today I will explain to you how you can gain motivation and achieve your dream figure.

1. Write down in points why you want to work on your body and what you will get out of it. It seems a bit childish, but why not try it if others are so motivated? You will surely find many reasons. Who, if not you, will look great on the beach in a new sexy bikini? Who, besides you, will feel the hard way how your man likes your new figure? Hang this list in a highly visible place and fight for yourself. Because who if not you? :)

2. Find a group of people who share the same goal. There are a lot of people on the internet who motivate each other with their effects. It's very nice when you fight for something and support other people at the same time. There is no catch here, only positives. It is all free.

3. Train yourself, watch movies. The more you know, the better for you. By gaining experience in this way, you also get an injection of motivation. As Anisa Glen said, "If you do not have the results you want, it means you do not have the necessary knowledge, not motivation."

4. Have realistic goals. Do not starve yourself and do not torture yourself with terrible diets. Losing weight is a healthy and rational diet that is supposed to be pleasant and not a feeling comparable to torture. Going hungry all day long will not make you have a nice figure. On the contrary, your skin will get an ugly gray shade, your complexion will turn pale, your eyes will have red bloodshots and dark circles to health problems, sometimes even anemia, bulimia or other diseases. So remember, proper weight reduction is to get rid of 0.5 - 1 kg per week.

5. Don't be hard on yourself. As we discussed in the previous point, this does not do any good. The most important thing is to enjoy every meal, workout, and moment in your body. Love yourself and your disabilities. Many women will surely envy your small C or even B breasts, because they only have A.

Appreciate and accept that you are not perfect and it will be much easier for you to reach your goal. Motivation really depends on you, your day and your mood.
